Download your support mp3 as advised during our session. Listening frequently to the recording assist you with your ability to maintain a consistent focus on the issues that need to be resolved.
  • Also, when scrolling through the site, you will notice that you have a few additional download options.
  • For example, you could make use of some of the quick 10 min exercises, use additional confidence building or anxiety reducing recordings
  • or you might be interested in Mindfulness sessions.
  • There are also a number of tools available in the Materials section such as thought diaries and CBT worksheets.

Please note: All recordings also entail brainwave entrainment sounds in the form of either/or Alpha, Beta,Theta or Delta frequencies (you will hear them in the background). These frequencies aim to cause current brainwave frequencies to fall into step with the periodic stimulus emitted to achieve a deeper level of relaxation and focus.  It is  assumed that the human brain has a tendency to change its dominant EEG frequency towards the frequency of a dominant external stimulus. Such a stimulus is often aural, as in the case of binaural or monaural beats and isochronic tones (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwave_entrainment)
